Render 3D image

Hello,

I used tehe option Render 3D image in floorplan. The current view that I had on my monitor in 3D.

Then it was send to my email address, but I didn’t receive an email with the 3D image. Or can it take a long time to render? It’s been half an hour now.

Hi Elise, it can sometimes take a bit longer before the render is finished, when there are many people are rendering floorplans at the same time. If you still haven’t received anything yet, please let us know.

what design are you trying to render.
also, can you try rendering again, and tell us what time you did it, then we can track whats going wrong

It’s a living room but without the furniture, just walls, doors and windows…

I tried maybe a dozen times already, I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.

me neither, I just tried rendering several designs in your plan and just received renders within minutes. I’ve asked one of our programmers to take a look at it. I’ll let you know if he finds something

Sorry for my late response. Our programmer asks if you could also try it once from your project actions on your dashboard. Then we can see where the issue is.

I tried from the dashboar – actions, but still…empty inbox.

I DO receive the images in 2D when I export, but not the 3D images…
